What will you do with your one wild, precious life?

For leaders and change-makers who want to create the conditions for emergence in their lives, work, communities, and organizations.

This time of radical change is asking something of us

To shed what is no longer working, expand our imagination of what is possible, and attend to the new potentials that are emerging.

It requires the capacity to sit with discomfort and uncertainty—in those liminal places where the old way no longer works and the new way isn't yet clear.

This depth-oriented work is designed to help individuals, groups, and organizations meet this moment with creativity, wisdom, and soul. It offers renewed connection with oneself, others, and the animate world—and leads directly to better decision making, regenerative impact, and creative unfolding.

Maybe you are...

Navigating a big transition or crossroads and want to approach it with wisdom, not fear.

Focused on systems change and frustrated by old patterns that limit meaningful shifts.

Feeling like you've lost your sense of meaning, and need to find a new way of relating to your life or work.

Feeling blocked or stuck and want to cultivate your vitality and creativity.

Being stretched in multiple directions and longing to feel grounded and to recharge.

Leading a business or team and want to prioritize capacity building and future visioning.

Ways We Can Work Together

INDIVIDUAL WORK

Coaching & Archetypal Guiding

For individuals navigating transitions, career entries and pivots, anxiety, depression, illness, or a loss of meaning.

This work draws on depth psychology, archetypal philosophy, integral unfoldment coaching, applied mythology, the art of storytelling, dreamwork, and somatic practices.

It embodies individuation in its original sense: the work of becoming more and more who you uniquely are.

GROUP WORK

Workshops, Gatherings, & Learning Journeys

For groups and teams who want to create the conditions for emergent strategy, depth of connection, new perspective, and a radical re-imagining of what's possible.

Through group facilitation and experiential design, we design spaces for collective sense-making, creative future visioning, strategic planning, and renewal of connection and sense of belonging.

This work harnesses the power and alchemy of the group process to support emergence in communities of place and practice, and within organizations.

What Clients Say

“Working with Rachael helped me find and move towards my north star. She is a navigator in the way of business, particularly in building a thoughtful brand and knowing how to refine the messaging behind the brand for the right audience."

About Rachael

I am a coach, facilitator, archetypal guide, and emergent strategy consultant. For 18 years I worked in tech building ecosystems—bridging between product, engineering, sales and partnerships, and between Silicon Valley and Europe. I am still doing that work of building and bridging today, but at a deeper level. I blend my business expertise with a decade of study and practice in archetypal psychology, applied mythology, and storytelling. The focus of my work is helping clients to create the conditions for emergence in their lives, work, communities, and organizations.

It is a great joy for me to hold space for my clients in moments of transition and transformation: as a steady presence, a guide into the unseen, and a partner in bringing the new into being.
